Understanding Your Dosha Is the First Step Toward Natural
Wellness

At The Vedic Store, we believe true well-being starts with
self-awareness. According to Ayurveda, every individual is born with a distinct
and constant mix of life energies—known as Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
These natural forces influence not just your body type, but also your emotional
tendencies and lifestyle preferences.

Each of us has a primary Dosha, but we all carry elements of
the others. When your Doshas are balanced, you feel energized, healthy, and
focused. But when they fall out of balance, discomfort or illness may arise.

Identifying your unique Dosha pattern helps you make smarter
choices—about food, routines, herbs, and more—so you can live with vitality,
clarity, and longevity, the Ayurvedic way.
