How To Use
Soak dal 4–6 hours or overnight.** Rinse and drain. Add to a pot with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until done, about 20 minutes. Add salt to taste.
**If using unsoaked dal, increase cooking time and water.
