SAMA DIGEST “An Ayurvedic Classic”

Benefits and Indications:
Sama Digest is the classical Ayurvedic formula triphala that promotes balanced digestive function as it supports a stronger and more balanced metabolism or digestive fire (agni). As a mild laxative it promotes bowel regularity and helps to balance the doshas (vata, pitta & kapha), increases lightness and leanness in the abdominal region. It improves circulation and aids in supporting equillibrium (samana vayu) and grounding during postural yoga practice. It is also good as gentle detoxifier of ama (undigested food waste). It improves vision and can be helpful for skin conditions. Sama Digest is the strongest form of Triphala available on the market today as it contains a 5:1 ratio of organic extracts as opposed to the typical powders found in most formulas.

SUGGESTED USE:
It is traditionally recommended in the evenings either 45 minutes before or 45 minutes after dinner. However, it can also be taken early in the morning on an empty stomach for cleansing purposes. For general use as a herbal supplement, yogis can take 1 veggie capsules daily with meals or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner. Drink with luke warm or room temperature water or tea. Individuals can double the dose as per their body requirement. Capsules can also be opened and mixed with water.
