Serving Size & Use:
Best to lay flat on your back, tilt the head back slightly, administer 2-4 drops in each nostril while inhaling, followed by a massage of the nose. Stay in a lying position for 1-2 minutes to allow the oil to coat the walls of the nasal cavity and reach the subtle nerve channels in this area. Repeat on the other side.
