Suggested use:
It is traditionally recommended in the mornings to stimulate the digestive fire (agni) or metabolism. Add 1 teaspoon heaping (per 8 -10 ounce cup) to your favorite milk and warm in a small pot while stirring occasionally. *For those that prefer their chai a bit stronger 2 teaspoons can be added. Pour and serve, no need to sift because you want to ingest the spices for their medicinal benefits. For those that prefer drinking chai with cow��s milk and are prone to sinusitis or mucous congestion (kapha) we recommend an adjusted ratio of 1/3 milk and 2/3 water or use one of the many alternative milks like hemp, coconut, soy, or rice. We recommend using the Aerolatte��s Original Steam-Free Milk Frother to get the ideal consistency and to properly distribute the ingredients.

Note: This tea is an ingestible powder that provides greater benefits when the powder is ingested. Straining the spices is not required.
