��Our lemongrass tea is a South Asian classic that is 100% organic and sustainably sourced, that provides an overall calming effect to the body and mind. Lemongrass has excellent antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and is a pain reliever and fever reducer. It is often used for a range of issues ranging from skin infections, serious intestinal infections, pneumonia, and even blood infections since it contains citral, an anti-inflammatory compound. It is also a natural antioxidant. Cozy-calm tea is helpful for stomachaches related to gastric ulcers a common cause of stomach pain and can reduce diarrhea. Ayurvedically, it is beneficial for vata (air) and pitta (fire) doshas.

Serving Size:
For a traditional preparation add 1 teaspoon heaping to 8 ounces of boiling water (boil for approximately 3-5 minutes). Let it steep for another 2-3 minutes, add honey, and enjoy. For modern preparation add 1 heaped teaspoon to boiling water, stir for a few minutes and then enjoy.

Note: This tea is an ingestible powder that provides greater benefits when the powder is ingested. Straining the herbs is not required.
