About Pitta Massage Oil

Full body massage with warm herbal oil is one of Ayurveda's most beloved self-care rituals. Created with cooling herbs that soothe and balance pitta dosha, this massage oil relaxes tension, helps move toxins out of the system, and benefits the skin.

How To Use

Warm oil if desired to support nourishment and absorption.
Massage into your whole body with firm, gentle pressure.
Work your way from your hands and feet toward your heart. Use long strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints.
Let absorb for 10–20 minutes, then shower to rinse. Careful not to slip!
