About Vata Massage Oil

Full body massage with warm herbal oil is one of Ayurveda's most beloved self-care rituals. Crafted with warming herbs that nourish and ground vata dosha, this earthy massage oil relaxes the body, lubricates the tissues, and supports vitality and strength.

How To Use

Warm oil if desired to support nourishment and absorption.
Massage into your whole body with firm, gentle pressure.
Work your way from your hands and feet toward your heart. Use long strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints.
Let absorb for 10–20 minutes, then shower to rinse. Careful not to slip!
